About the Festival
The Moussem Lfrizat — meaning "Festival of Strawberries" in Moroccan Arabic — is an annual harvest celebration held in the Moulay Abdallah region of El Jadida Province, on Morocco's Atlantic coast. The festival honours the strawberry harvest season, which peaks in late spring when the mild coastal climate produces some of the finest strawberries in all of North Africa.
